Bloemfontein’s rising hip-hop duo, Ciiw3tt Boys, is making serious noise with the release of their latest single “Gcwala Ngathi”, a powerful collaboration featuring versatile Afro-pop artist Mawande Bhebeza.
The group, made up of Siyabulela Dingile and Olwethu Mchotwane from Bloemside Phase 3 (Pieterswart), says the track is more than just music—it’s a reflection of unity, growth, and mentorship. Mawande Bhebeza, formerly known as Wages Mawande, plays a key role in their journey, having guided the duo since their early days in the industry.
“Gcwala Ngathi” is produced by Skay-Dee Beats and polished by Nex Da Kokotane and C.Lab MusiQ, delivering a sound that blends street energy with polished lyrical depth. The title speaks to a bold message—be filled with us—as the duo calls on Bloemfontein music lovers to fully embrace their movement and vibe.
The track is already gaining traction on streaming platforms and YouTube, with fans drawn to its authentic Kasi sound and relatable message. According to their music profile, the duo has been steadily building a loyal fanbase and gaining momentum as one of the city’s most promising acts.
Ciiw3tt Boys are no strangers to the stage.
