Tshireletsa Bana Foundation is a non-profit organization within and around Clarens, seeking to upskill, develop, and grow the talents of local children, particularly those who have little to no access to opportunities.
The aim and objective is to discover artistic children within the community and nourish their talents for their benefit and the growth of the community at large. We aim to educate and upskill children in many different fields, particularly in the arts. More so, we aim not only to discover the talents but also to bring the children closer to opportunities at an early age so that their talents can start growing from the grassroots level. We also intend to boost their confidence through various projects and events.
The foundation is founded and run by Lomile Candice Mokoena who was born and bred in the township of Kgubetswana. She relates to most of these children because she was orphaned at age 11. Lomile is an Honours graduated Language Practitioner, practicing as a translator, editor, community activist, public speaker, radio presenter, writer, and master of ceremonies.

The foundation was founded in June 2023, and has attended the First Annual Clarens Craft Fair (2023), Team Spirit Spelling Bee Competition in Qwaqwa (2024) and hosted the First Annual Clarens Public Speaking Competition on 27 April 2024.
Tshireletsa Bana Foundation aims to host at least one event per quarter annually, to expose the children to more opportunities. The plan is to have an arts and crafts annual event, a public speaking competition, a spelling bee competition, and a debate competition.
TBF has adopted approximately 90 local children with different artistic and academic abilities, and 15 from outside Clarens. Furthermore, many children have received financial and academic assistance via the foundation.
