Ayanda Goodwill Suka has been bitten by the radio bug at a tender age. His passion for radio led him to pursue a dream of being behind the mic, and he currently hosts his own show on Kgolagano FM.
Ayanda is the host of the Kasi 2Kasi Afternoon Drive show, airing Monday to Friday, and he co-hosts the Vibe show on Saturdays. Ayanda describes himself as a passionate presenter.
He derived his radio name, “The Radio Knight Rider,” from his Saturday show, which runs from midnight to 3 a.m.
“What drives me to wake up and attend my shows is that they are both entertaining; one is informative and interactive,” he shared.

Having joined Kgolagano FM community radio station in 2024, he expressed gratitude for the exposure, stating that the skills he has gained and the support from management are vital for his growth at the community broadcaster.
Being behind the microphone has always been Ayanda’s dream, and realizing it feels surreal to him. For him, radio provides a platform to network, meet new people, and stay updated on what’s happening in the world and his community.

He described radio as both entertaining and educative. Growing up, radio legend Chomane Chomane inspired his love for radio, with Thuso Motaung also playing a significant role in his passion for the medium. Before going on air, Ayanda arrives at the studio early to conduct research, gather news, and prepare thoroughly.
“I love both shows because they have great content that educates and entertains our people. We address relevant topics that affect our audience,” he emphasized.
