BBT Television, a YouTube channel online TV hosted auditions in Bergman Square in Bloemfontein recently. BBT TV was seeking local talent to develop and teach about the media industry, Budding Presenters attended the audition in numbers.
Neo Phothane from BBT TV said their aim is to give training opportunities for young and upcoming presenters in Free State and teach them how to best approach the media industry.
Phothane added that they possess a wealth of knowledge that they want to pass to the youth and do everything for free as they consider BBT TV a platform to develop skills, train, and equip upcoming TV presenters who will one day be a beacon of hope for the people of Free State.
“Most jobs in the TV industry need some form of experience or knowledge and that is what we are offering to our youth and people who came to audition. Most already have great potential and just need a bit of polishing to enable them to face the industry with confidence.” Said Phothane.
