Following a music hiatus, Kroonstad’s legendary group, Caprivi Camp is back with a sizzling single titled “Ha di baje”. It was released on 19 July.

Caprivi was a household name from the late 90s to the 2000s and they are still favourites in their hometown of Maokeng in Mozolo (Kroonstad).

“Ha di baje” features Botshabelo rapper and sensation Farmboy, who is a star in his own right. Ha di baje is a fusion of Koriana and Kwaito and was produced by Mosiwa Ntate Troy from Botshabelo, who has worked with A-list artists such as Ntate Stunna, Malome Vector, Lizwi Wokuqala, Miss Pru, and others.

Troy currently works at Ambitious Entertainment owned by Kgosi Mahumapelo. Caprivi made a name for themselves as Kwaito artists and are still pushing the genre in their music.

Caprivi Camp was formed in 1999 and consists of Members; Seun Blick Sehaole, Theo Mablazer “Topisto” Mpenga, and Tumo Veli Sebata.

“Ha di Baje” has also received a nod at the upcoming Central Music Awards and is nominated for the best song of the year. People are opening up to the song and it continues to trend on social media with people singing along.

Farmboy brought his A-game on the song and Caprivi Camp ensured that the song was a banger with their verses and energy.

Caprivi currently has three singles out, “Touch is a move,” Otla nketsang” and “Ha di baje”.

Ha di baje is currently blazing the airwaves of  Qwaqwa Radio, Alex FM, Motheo FM, and Sedibeng FM to mention a few. The song is also on Lesedi FM’s Top 30 charts.
