Tsosa-Tshepo, a dedicated non-profit organization, is making a significant impact in the Marquard and Senekal communities of the Free State. Founded on March 4, 2024, by Mafusi Mirriam Tsatsane-Radebe, the organization emerged from a deep awareness of the challenges faced by these local communities.
Recognizing the pressing need for support—especially for orphans, vulnerable children, and individuals in search of legal and social assistance—Tsosa-Tshepo established its Drop-in Centre, Community Advice Office, and Resource Centre. These services have expanded and evolved alongside the community, positioning Tsosa-Tshepo as a vital source of support in Marquard and Senekal.
The Tsosa-Tshepo Community Centre was specifically created to address the social and educational needs of young people in underserved areas. Many children in these communities face significant obstacles, including a lack of academic support, insufficient access to safe environments, and exposure to various social risks. The Centre acts as a safe haven, offering guidance, support, and opportunities for young individuals to develop into responsible and empowered citizens.
The organization’s vision focuses on building educated, self-reliant communities where youth can reach their full potential.
