Residing in a small town like Bethulie with limited to few opportunities has not hindered Vee Maguluva from starting a podcast “Guluva’s Corner” which he uses as an information tool for his community of Bethulie.
Vee Maguluva(Vuyani Masiba) is an upcoming radio presenter, he started his podcast due to the Xhariep District not having a local radio station and to fulfill his passion for radio.
“Our content is based on our Kasi heroes who are making moves in our small town, whether it’s community organizations or helping small businesses to get clients via our platform. We do interviews right in our mini studio in my room” said Maguluva.
He is also an MC for local events, which helped boost his fan base and led to the establishment of his podcast. He has recently joined Bergman Square FM, which is part of Radio BBT Group.
