Zastron street might be a small town in the Free State, but it is endowed with musical prowess and never-ending talent. One of the notable talents hailing from Zastron is Mlungwana, a gospel star who has earned his stripes in the musical landscape.
Zuko, who originates from Kgotsong in Zastron, has two singles and several albums to his name, having collaborated with prominent figures in the music industry. His singles “Modimo Wabo Ntatarona” and “Ke Le Ngolo” were released in 2016 and 2017, respectively. His latest single, “Sicela Kuwe Menzi Wethu,” was recorded in Tzaneen, Limpopo.

Zuko ventured into music in 2015 but started recording professionally in 2016. For him, music is a calling. As a member of the Methodist Church, he frequently performs at church events, which has given him the confidence to continue ministering through song.

Specializing in traditional gospel music, Zuko’s work can be purchased from various digital stores and Dakota stores, and his music is also available via USB.
“My music is about raising God and ministering in songs. To all tribes in the country, the message is simple: the only place where you can find your answers in life is through God Almighty.”
