With five years of experience as a dedicated soccer coach, Rethabile has developed a passion for helping players reach their full potential. He has a strong foundation in coaching techniques and tactics and has successfully led teams to achieve impressive results.
“My coaching philosophy emphasizes teamwork, discipline, and creativity. I focus on building strong relationships with players, understanding their strengths and weaknesses, and tailoring training sessions to meet individual needs,” Rethabile stated.
Throughout his coaching journey, he has demonstrated strong leadership and communication skills, the ability to analyze player performance and develop improvement plans, effective team management, and strategy implementation, as well as a commitment to player development and growth.
