16-year-old Blessing Bomela from Monyakeng in Wesselsbron, Free State, is thrilled to announce the publication of his debut book, titled “Bophelong.”
He has worked diligently to turn his dream of becoming an author into a reality. Blessing is not only an author but also a poet, storyteller, and Sesotho debater.
He recently showcased his talents at the Thaba Nchu Book Festival 2025, where he participated in various activities and was featured in a radio interview to discuss and review his book.
The official launch of “Bophelong” will take place on May 9-10 in Wesselsbron. Blessing expressed his gratitude to Charmaine Mrwebi and Khanyi Kolwane for their support throughout this journey.
The book is priced at R200 per copy, excluding delivery.
