The seminar successfully reached and inspired young people by exposing them to career development opportunities, entrepreneurship, digital skills, and personal growth. Learners gained practical knowledge on employability skills, technology, education, and resilience while being encouraged to pursue their dreams despite challenges.

Mathuto Adoro, the brainchild of the seminar, in her opening address, encouraged learners to ignite their path by discovering their purpose and potential.

She emphasized that young people should see themselves not only as job seekers but also as innovators, problem-solvers, and future leaders. Adoro urged participants to take ownership of their future and create opportunities for themselves.

Speaker Pearl Lebusho encouraged learners not to pursue education solely for money, but to make a meaningful difference in society. She emphasized that positive change begins with small actions, such as picking up litter and placing it in a dustbin. She further explained that while passion pays the bills, passion combined with qualifications opens doors to greater opportunities. She advised learners to choose school subjects based on their strengths, interests, and personalities to ensure long-term success and employability.

Motshidisi Mngese encouraged young people to embrace Artificial Intelligence (AI) and digital skills as essential tools for future careers. She stressed that many future jobs will require AI knowledge and technological competence.

She highlighted the importance of becoming AI-empowered and learning practical computer skills such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication to improve employability and workplace readiness.
Thapelo Mbanjane called on the youth to never give up on their dreams. He shared his life story, explaining how he lost everything at one point in his life but refused to surrender. Through determination and perseverance, he rebuilt his life and started again. His message focused on resilience, courage, and the importance of rising after setbacks.

Jonas Adoro encouraged young people to rise above difficult circumstances and never allow their backgrounds to determine their future. Sharing his personal testimony, he explained how he grew up in a disadvantaged family where his parents could not afford to take him to school. Through hard work and excellent matric results, he was headhunted by Standard Bank and began his career as a bank teller. He motivated learners to use education as a tool to overcome challenges and achieve success.
