The Central University of Technology (CUT) has congratulated Her Royal Majesty, Kgosi Gaboilelwe Moroka of the Barolong Boo Seleka traditional community in Thaba Nchu, on receiving a prestigious Professional Higher Doctorate from the International University of Entreprenology, (GULL) under the leadership of President Dr. James A. Omps.

This recognition, bestowed upon her for her visionary leadership, commitment to community development, and lifelong service, highlights her global impact.
