Thandeka Zibuta, hailing from Parys in the Ngwathe Municipality of Free State, is eager to win the Miss Grand South Africa pageant. She is a finalist in the competition and also the founder of Thembalihle Legacy, in addition to being a former Director of Miss Teen Elegant Free State.
Thandeka entered the pageant because it represents more than just a title; it is about making a positive impact in her community and inspiring young women to pursue healthy lifestyles.

“This journey is about self-challenge for me. I decided to take this risk because I come from a less fortunate family, but I will never let my background define my future. I hope that Miss Grand South Africa opens doors for me to collaborate and partner with major brands. I want to see my face on billboards and runway stages,” she said.
Thandeka credits her incredible support system and expresses gratitude for the encouragement she receives.
Regarding the pageant, Thandeka emphasized her excitement about where her journey will lead her and her honor in representing Miss Grand South Africa on an international stage.
“As a finalist for Miss Grand South Africa 2026, I represent Free State with pride and aim to inspire others through my platform,” Thandeka added.
