Moroadi Cholota’s bail hearing has been postponed to tomorrow by the Bloemfontein Magistrates Court.
Cholotas Lawyers in court said she has been in Prison for four months in the USA and is confident that she is innocent as there is no evidence linking her.
They further said the accused had been granted bail and enjoying their freedom and were granted the same day when they applied for bail and she deserved the same treatment.
Cholota detailed her arrest saying she has been treated unfairly and her reputation has been tarnished and is willing to prove her innocent. Her Lawyers said she is a resident of Bloemfontein and not a flight risk.
Cholota will spend another day in jail at the Bainsvlei Police Station. She was extradited to South Africa by the USA at the request of the South African Government and was transported to the Bainsvlei Police Station where she is being held.
