A horrific crime has shaken and shocked the Caleb Motshabi community in Bloemfontein after the police responded to a brutal murder on Sunday 3 November.
Police were alerted when the child of the deceased woman found her mother’s dismembered body in a toilet on the property.
The woman’s husband has been arrested as the primary suspect in her killing.
Residents became concerned when they noticed she had been missing since Thursday.
“They usually walked together every day. But from Thursday, he was seen alone, which worried us.” shared one neighbour, who preferred to remain anonymous.
The suspect is expected to appear in court soon.The community demands justice for the deceased woman.
