Free State Hip-hop pioneer and legend in the making Kulax Nthoethata is back with a sizzling Single titled “Lenna.”
Lenna is SeSotho for “me too/me as well’. This soulful BoomBap Hip Hop jam is fused with melodic pad chords and a thumping bassline and the ever-eloquent Kulax graces this self-produced and composed beat with well-crafted lyrics that speak to the soul.
The song is an honest account of the soft lifestyles that people aspire to but very few attain. “Lenna” forms part of Kulax’s 14 solo studio album titled “Mzonko Speshal” which is set to be released before the end of the year.
