A domestic violence-related case of Assault Common was opened at the Bloemspruit Police Station on Tuesday 2 April 2024 and the 42-year-old suspect, Nkunyana Nkunyana known as Skuzabel from Lesedi FM was immediately arrested thereafter.
He appeared at the Bloemfontein Magistrate Court on Wednesday 3 April 2024 and was released on R1000 bail.
The Parkweg Police Spokesperson Lt Col Thabo Covane said the suspect (Skuzabel) is expected back in Court on Thursday 2 May 2024.
“As the South African Police Service we consider cases of Gender Based Violence to be very serious, hence prompt response and appearance of the suspect before a court of law.” Said Covane.
