Mr London, the talented kwaito artist known for his hit “Peke Peke my baby,” is making waves once again with his latest single, “Dlala e’zakho.” Also known as Tshepiso Papane from Rockland in Bloemfontein, he has truly become a beloved figure in the kwaito genre.
After a long break, he’s back with a new track featuring artist Macabre, and anticipation is high among his fans. “Peke Peke my baby” skyrocketed him to fame, reaching the top of local radio charts and cementing his place in the industry.
Drawing inspiration from iconic figures like Chiskop and the late Mapaputsi, Mr London has shared the stage with his musical heroes and performed at significant events like Macufe. He’s also gained recognition through the Mzansi Top Kwaito Competition, thanks to the legendary Gabi le Roux, who produced the hit ‘Nkalakatha’ that took the continent by storm in 2000.
