It is impossible not to notice gospel singer Manana Ramongae in her trademark apostolic church regalia. The award-winning gospel singer is one of the most booked apostolic music artists in the Free State.
Born Nthapediseng Ramongae, the singer hails from Bolokanang in Petrusburg, a small town in the Free State. Manana ventured into music professionally in 2007 and has 15 albums under her name.
She has showcased her talent in many major events including Macufe and recently Lemo Fest held in Heidedal in Bloemfontein. Talking about her Lemo Fest performance, the Postola Queen said it was an honour for her to be privileged to be amongst the artists chosen to serenade the audience at the Lemo Fest.
The Free State Gospel Music Awards recently recognized the Petrusburg-born artist’s talent and bestowed him with a Recognition Award which she cherishes.
“This Recognition Award means a lot to me. Finally, someone in the Free State recognized my hard work in 16 years of being in the music industry. Those who want to venture into music or sing apostolic music need to have passion for it.” Said Manana.
