Bloemfontein-born female DJ, DJ Tshegu continues to shine and break boundaries. She has made a name for herself as a talented DJ and collaborated with big names such as Focalistic on the smash hit Tiya Mfana. (Mzokwana)
The Bloemie is featured in a Mzansi Bioscope Movie “Madumane” which debuted on Mzansi Bioscope and is also available on DSV catch-up.
The movie tells the story of three school girls known as Madumane who attempt to attend a matric dance after party at a rival school to introduce themselves to DJ Tshegu who is making an appearance. However at the party, as the girls try to impress DJ Tshegu, the parents get a wind of their daughters attending the party and drag them out, but DJ Tshegu gets impressed by the school girls and she approaches them to work with her.
Towards the end of the movie, DJ Tshegu surprises the girls and offers to work with them which delights them and ends the movie on a happy note.
DJ Tshegu continues to climb the ladder of success and her talent has been praised. She continues to represent Free State through her talent.
