Recently, an episode featuring Amanda Ntjoko from Botshabelo aired on Mzansi Magic and was subsequently released on YouTube. In this episode, Joseph Dary engages with Amanda and her alleged boyfriend in his signature casual style before asking them to exchange phones.
When the alleged boyfriend discovers that Amanda is allegedly cheating, he reacts angrily, taking off her sneakers and claiming that he bought them. This episode has raised questions about whether the episode is genuine or scripted. During the show, Amanda remains casual and seemingly unbothered, even calling her alleged boyfriend weak for taking the sneakers he supposedly purchased for her.
For someone being accused of cheating on national television, Amanda seems to relish the attention. She actively engages, answering questions about the episode’s availability on YouTube. One viewer questioned Amanda about the cheating allegations or whether it was staged. Amanda replied that she is not a cheater, concluding her response with a laugh out loud (“lol”).
The attention from the show appears to be what she sought, as evidenced by her sharing a post that has garnered 3.5 million views, showcasing a clip from the episode. Typically, individuals who genuinely cheat would feel embarrassed to be publicly accused on social media and TV; however, Amanda appears to be enjoying the spotlight, even encouraging her followers to cheat if they have the chance, according to a post she shared.
This raises a significant question: Was the episode real or fabricated? Free State World reached out to Amanda Ntjoko for her comment and asked her several questions.
These included inquiries about whether she cheated as alleged on the show, if the episode was real or scripted, whether she had previously known Joseph Dary, and if she had met him personally or seen his show on YouTube before her appearance.
We also asked Amanda if she has a child and to confirm whether the man appearing with her on the show is truly her boyfriend.
Before sending the questions, Amanda indicated that she wanted to hear our inquiries and suggested we send them to see if she would respond, mentioning that she has signed a “CONTRACT.” This raises further questions about the nature of the contract she signed, particularly whether it was with Joseph Dary.
However, Amanda did not reply to Free State World’s questions or the opportunity to share her side of the story. Amanda is familiar with the TV industry, having worked with reputable TV productions.
