Kgolagano FM, an online radio station based in Thaba Nchu, is seeking donations to revamp its studio. The station was established in 2022 and gained prominence within its community of listeners in early February 2023.
With the slogan “Legae La Ditshimega – Home of Champions,” Kgolagano FM aims to make a positive impact on the Free State community, focusing on the residents of Thaba Nchu and surrounding areas, including Bloemfontein, Botshabelo, Tweespruit, Wepenaar, and Ladybrand.
To breathe new life into the station, Kgolagano FM is requesting donations and financial support from local residents and businesses for broadcasting equipment and other essentials. The station is specifically looking for items such as office chairs, computers, telephones, digital studio wall clocks, soundproofing equipment, paint, printers, studio microphones, headphones, and branding materials.
Tebogo Kotwane, the Station Manager of Kgolagano FM, encourages local businesses to advertise with and support the station financially. This support will help generate revenue, provide stipends for presenters, and assist with the station’s daily operations.
