Marquad Bodybuilder Set to Represent South Africa in Asia

Mpho Marumo, a bodybuilder from Marquard in the Free State is set to represent both the Free State and South Africa in Malaysia after securing first place at the World Federation (WFF) Bloem Classic show competition, which was part of the Bloem Show.

Mpho has been passionate about bodybuilding since 2011 and has won numerous awards throughout his career. He has participated in various competitions under different federations.

Recently, he competed in both the Novice Men’s Bodybuilding and Fitness Men’s Bodybuilding categories, achieving first place in both.

Following his success at the Bloem Show, Mpho was selected to join Team South Africa, which will represent the country in Malaysia on 11 and 12 October 2025. However, Mpho needs between R40,000 and R50,000 to fund his trip to Asia. He is appealing to generous individuals and organizations for sponsorship and support to help make his dream a reality.
