The black-coloured guy, Riaano Johnathan from Thaba Nchu has proven that hard work and patience pay.
His recent appearance on Muvhango has inspired confidence in the young people of Thaba Nchu in the Free State to aim high and never to give up.
Riaano, had a cameo role on SABC 2 hit Tshivenda soapie Muvhango on 13 February where he played a private investigator named Mr T, who was hired by James Motsamai played by Digaan Mokebe Khumalo.
Riaano is remaining optimistic about returning to the soapie to continue with his role.
“I wish I knew if I would be going back to Muvhango so let’s rather keep our eyes glued to our screens.” Said Riaano.
Riaano stated that being on Muvhango allowed him to meet A-list Muvhango actors he looks up to. Riaano is not only an actor but also a modeler, and singer and has featured in other film productions such as Leshano the Lie on Showmax.
He was also a background coordinator during the production of “The Madonna of Excelsior”. He was also a presenter for Free State Online TV.
Riaano credits Mmabana Cultural Centre in Thaba-Nchu for nurturing him into becoming the man he is today.
He is set to appear in an upcoming movie called “BARE” where he plays the character of an agent. Riaano looks up to Pesa Pheko from Botshabelo.
