Eighteen-year-old Sizeka Mogapi has started 2025 on a high note after being crowned Miss Teen Royal Bloemfontein 2025. Sizeka is a young woman with big ambitions, determined to make a name for herself in the world of pageantry and beyond.

The Ipopeng-based girl has also applied to study External Auditing at a university. At just six years old, Sizeka dreamed of participating in pageantry, inspired by her mother, Modiegi, a former pageant queen with numerous titles to her name.

Initially, Sizeka believed that pageantry was meant for certain people, particularly those who were petite or had long hair. However, her passion for pageantry led her to watch the popular Miss SA pageant.

In 2019, when former Miss SA Zozibini Tunzi won the title, Sizeka realized that pageantry is not about physical appearance but about confidence and presence.

Sizeka’s first pageant experience was at her school’s Miss Valentine competition, and from there, she continued entering various pageants.

Winning the Miss Teen Royal Bloemfontein title was a significant achievement for her. She credits her mother for always supporting her and ensuring she has everything she needs to succeed in pageantry.

Sizeka has demonstrated that hard work, dedication, and perseverance truly pay off. She serves as a testament to the idea that one should never give up, no matter how many times they experience rejection. With determination, success is within reach.
