Their journey began with a shared love for mixing tracks — “It wasn’t just mixing, it was storytelling through sound,” they explain. Growing up immersed in the South African house movement, the brothers honed their craft on DJ Kent mixes and Channel O’s Basement back in 2009, learning how diverse beats can stir souls and propel crowds.
Since 2015, Mosoeu and Moeketsi have performed together at family celebrations and local parties. Mosoeu scouts tracks, while Moeketsi masters build-ups and energy flow. Their success as a duo relies on communication, humility, trust, defined roles, and visible chemistry that feels effortless.
Now, The C-Blingz are animating their world with a cartoon series that follows two DJ brothers and their younger sibling through gigs, ambitions, setbacks, spirituality, and challenges. From prep sessions to breakthrough bookings, their animated story mirrors real-life grind, blending motivational entertainment with their original afro house and amapiano edits, synced perfectly to narrative peaks.
The animation allows them to craft iconic visuals and personalities — one calm and strategic, the other electric and expressive — creating a recognizable universe that sets them apart from typical mix-posting peers.
