The sky will never be the limit for Boipelo Geld, the talented TV presenter from Thaba Nchu in the Free State , who hosts “Vibe with Boipelo Geld” on Mpuma Kapa TV, DSTV Channel 260. The show airs on Fridays and Saturdays at 19:30 and is both presented and produced by Boipelo Geld herself.
Geld is thriving on the show, showcasing her class and talent. She started from scratch and has turned “Vibe with Boipelo Geld” into a fan favorite. Initially focused on covering entertainment and music events, she has since expanded to include corporate and sports events, demonstrating significant growth.
“The journey has not been easy, and it still isn’t,” said Geld. “I started the show with no budget and a lack of resources, but moving to Joburg opened doors for me. I’ve had the opportunity to meet different people and get invited to amazing events.”
Each day, Geld is learning and growing in the industry while connecting with incredible individuals, including celebrities and A-listers. She produces the show herself and is responsible for approaching guests. She conducts thorough research on the shows and events she covers.
While some presenters prepare questions in advance, Geld is a natural. Her passion for her job allows her to ask questions spontaneously, making her guests feel at ease and more open during interviews.
“I believe in what I do, and I love being myself and being unique. I don’t try to be anyone else or change my accent to fit in. I am a kasi girl, and I love to laugh. When interviewing celebrities, I enjoy hyping them up first and cracking jokes to make them comfortable,” stated Geld.
In the upcoming episode set to air on Friday, 1 August, Geld will be visiting Manyaka Primary School in Limpopo for a donation event organized by Noko Maimela Incorporated attorneys.
