Christ Word-Based Ministry in Thaba Nchu is aiming to change lives and bring a total difference in the community
Founded and led by Kgotso Litabe, Christ Word Based Ministry is a 100% youth-led organization dedicated to uplifting and empowering the local community through impactful initiatives.
Their focus areas include Gender-Based Violence (GBV) awareness, skills development, agriculture, substance abuse awareness, and overall youth development.
The organisation is currently running an exciting and impactful initiative under their Youth Development programme, a Work Readiness Programme. This programme is designed to equip young people and community members with essential skills to improve their employability and confidence in the job market.
The programme covers: Creating modern, AI-friendly (ATS-compliant) CVs, Interview preparation and coaching, Professional communication skills, Practical interview simulations, and Workplace readiness skills.
“Through this initiative, we aim to bridge the gap between education and employment by preparing participants for real-world opportunities,” said Thapelo Nyokong from Christ Word.
